Tri-City Winter Ball Hockey League is a OBHF affiliated men's league that runs from September to March.  It is made up of C,D and E Divisoin players from Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and surrounding areas.

Games are played on Sunday evenings at Queensmount Arena in Kitchener, Ontario.  Winner of league gets a free entry into the OBHF Winter Provincial Tournament.
